For more than 16 years, I have advised French (public and private) and foreign clients in all areas of public and construction law, particularly in the context of major projects.

I was involved in operations relating to the design, financing, construction/reconfiguration and operation of the Marseille Velodrome stadium, the new Ministry of Defence, the new Palais de Justice in Paris, the Condorcet Campus, and the high-speed network in the Alsace region, amongst others. I currently advise the Société du Grand Paris on the Grand Paris Express project and the contracting authority of a liquid natural gas power plant project in the French Overseas Communities.

My clients include large foreign groups that I advise on the development of their business activities in France, particularly in the fields of public procurement, construction, the environment, urban planning, energy and insurance.

I frequently represent clients before the administrative and judicial courts.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I was a partner at Watson Farley Williams (2012-2015) and Gowling WLG, where I was co-head of the Project / Public Law department. I began my career at Orrick Rambaud Martel where I was appointed Counsel in 2008.

I hold a postgraduate degree in public law and international law and a doctorate in law from the University of Paris II.  I was a policy officer to the Legal Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003.

I speak French and English.
