As an associate in the Corporate and Dispute Resolution area, I have extensive experience in civil and commercial judicial proceedings, specialising in litigation and civil procedural law. I represent and defend both individuals and legal entities before courts and tribunals throughout Spain.
Throughout my career, I have advised companies and individuals in the civil and commercial fields with a cross-cutting and client-focused approach. I have provided advice on obligations and contracts, negotiated and drafted commercial agreements, assisted in all types of corporate transactions and intervened in conflict resolution matters. I also advise on inheritance and succession law, with a particular specialisation in inheritance law in Catalonia. In addition, I have experience in real estate and construction law, handling queries, offering legal solutions and participating in various projects within this sector.
