I’ve a natural attitude for cross- functional and multi industries environments, in close contact with expert in taxation and organizational consultancy. 

I have extensive experience in corporate litigation and in particular in the areas of unfair competition and liability of directors and auditors. I have worked on both fronts, on the directors' and auditors' side, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings on the extraordinary commissioner's and receiver's side. 

My experience in litigation also extends to matters such as real estate, supply contracts and contracting. I have also gained some seniority in negotiation and contractual matters.
