Professional background

I am a recognized English-qualified lawyer located full-time in the Silicon Valley, specialising in privacy, AI, and technology law. I have extensive experience advising companies on the roll-out of disruptive and innovative technologies. My expertise include building comprehensive global privacy programs with an EU focus, supporting customer deals, vendor management, data breach response, marketing compliance, and other digital regulatory compliance issues.  A significant portion of my work currently involves assisting clients with the complaint development, training and scaling of AI models and integrated AI-based solutions.

I am admitted to practice law in the UK and registered with the California Bar to practice law as a Foreign Legal Consultant. Additionally, I am a Faculty Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), holding certifications in European law (CIPP/E).
