My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work is on providing comprehensive support to companies that participate in public tenders as applicants or bidders. In this context, I rely on my experience from more than 10 years of public procurement law practice in both national and EU-wide procurement procedures.
I advise and support our clients in all phases of a public tender and offer strategic assistance. I review the tender documents for violations, ambiguities and errors, drafts bidder questions and assist with communication with the contracting authority and the preparation of requests to participate and tenders in compliance with the public procurement procedure. I also advise on the submission of complaints and represent our clients before the competent public procurement tribunals and higher regional courts in review proceedings and give workshops and employee training courses on public procurement law for clients.
I also advise our clients in the areas of medical device law, healthcare compliance, drug advertising law and professional law for doctors.
I advise our clients in German and English.
