The various court proceedings I have been involved with include companies in the construction industry, IT-sector, trading companies and groups, franchise companies as well as various service suppliers and private individuals. Due to the diversity of the companies, various forms of evidence gathering were necessary, requiring collaboration with experts as well as international law firms.
 
In the field of insolvency law, I have primarily represented clients on the creditor's side and in particular have conducted numerous consultations and negotiations with the receiver, the court as well as other companies and have advanced the claim for the clients.
 
I have also represented clients in criminal proceedings and supported in interrogations.
 
I consult my clients in German, English and Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian.
