Galina Rivkina

I am a Senior Associate in the Corporate department of London office and a member of the CIS Group.

I work on a broad range of corporate deals and transactions focusing on merger and acquisition, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. I have been advising clients from various sectors, including energy and natural resources.

My recent experience includes advising JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production on corporate and compliance matters with respect to the listing of GDRs of the company on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and tender offer launched by the company for its GDRs and shares valued at US$5.6bn and proposed delisting from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.

I graduated with LLB law degree from the King's College London in 2014 and joined Fieldfisher in 2015.
