Professional background

I have a ten years’ experience assisting clients in issues related to the regulation of the electricity and gas markets, including access to and management of network facilities, implementation of unbundling procedures, and management of relations between network operators and users.

I also assist clients in the development of projects in the energy sector, dealing with aspects of real estate, permits, incentives and contracts (EPC, O&M, PPAs, asset management).

In addition, I regularly assist clients in disputes relating to the development, construction or use of energy infrastructures, particularly in case of deny or cancellation of permits, deny or forfeiture of renewable energy and energy efficiency incentives, and disputes with gas and electricity network operators before administrative Courts and the independent Authority.

Having always worked mainly in the energy sector and having a strong interest in technical and economic matters, clients usually appreciate my pragmatic approach, not limited to legal aspects, which also encourages dialogue between the professional and the client.

Having always provided assistance in the energy sector or to customers in this sector, and also having a keen interest in technical and economic matters, customers usually appreciate my pragmatic approach to matters, not limited to just the legal aspects.

After graduating in law, I obtained a master's degree in energy and environmental management, and I frequently write and participate as a speaker in conferences and postgraduate courses.
