Professional background
My sector specialisms include acting for professional services businesses, such as accountants, lawyers, surveyors etc, in relation to their merger and acquisition activities and their internal structuring arrangements. I have also been involved in a large number of M&A transactions relating to financial services businesses and technology businesses. I also have significant expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions.
