Hannah El-Gazzar

I advise clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights and have worked on cases in the High Court. While I have experience of a wide range of IP rights, my focus is on technology and privacy based disputes and how IP rights fall into this.

I work with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, though I have particular knowledge of the media and technology sector. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked in the legal team at a global newspaper provider and a global mass marketing company. I have also spent time on a tech secondment from Fieldfisher to a cloud software company, as well as completed a privacy secondment to Fieldfisher's Silicon Valley Office where I serviced a wide realm of US technology clients expanding into Europe.
