Professional background
I have further experience assisting with individual immigration matters such as leave to remain and settlement applications, as well as naturalisation.
Prior to my role at Fieldfisher, I worked at a boutique immigration firm. I am experienced in dealing with the more complex side of immigration, including challenges to decisions, appeals, administrative review and I assist with discretionary applications outside of the Immigration Rules.
I work closely with the firm's pro bono team on immigration.

These proposals are not yet law, and the government is currently inviting feedback from the public before finalising the new rules.
