Recent examples of cases that I have worked on, include:

  • Representing the Defendant in Cabo Concepts v MGA Entertainment in a High Court claim alleging abuse of dominance and anti-competitive agreements.
  • Representing Euronet, one of the world’s largest independent deployers of ATMs, in a standalone competition claim against Visa and Mastercard seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.
  • Advising public and private sector clients on managing the tender process in light of changing public procurement laws, and challenging public procurement decisions.
  • Assisting the Chair and Panel and Core participants in a number of public inquiries, such as, the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), the Jermaine Baker Inquiry, the Brook House Inquiry, the Covid-19 Inquiry and the Horizon IT Public Inquiry.
