Professional background

I specialise more particularly in the structuring, organisation, documentation and conduct of business of regulated and non-regulated entities, financial professionals and investment vehicles (including liquid, alternative and private funds). In this context, I am in regular contact with the Luxembourg Commission de surveillance du secteur financier (CSSF) on all matters relating to the organisation, licensing and conduct of business of investment funds and other financial professionals.

My practice also covers advising on related matters such as regulatory compliance, AML, data privacy, corporate and regulatory governance, ESG and assisting investors with their due diligence on target investment structures and the terms of their investments.

Over the course of my career, I gained in-depth knowledge in financing and general corporate finance transactions, securitization, bonds issuance, listing, PE/RE transactions and group cross-border restructuring.

Before joining Fieldfisher in April 2018, I successfully founded and lead the Asset Management Practice of the Luxembourg law firm of a Big Four firm. Before that, I worked with a leading independent Luxembourg law firm, where I started my career in 1999, after one year as a litigation lawyer.
