Professional background

I am regularly retained by clients on some of their highest profile projects and disputes. I am familiar with most leading standard forms of contract and experienced across different sectors including utilities, energy, rail, highways, healthcare, retail, logistics and leisure.

I have worked on some of the largest public procurements for infrastructure projects in the UK in sectors including nuclear, highways and rail.

I have also advised clients on in relation to their award winning projects that include an iconic Stirling and Gowan designed facility, high end retail developments and sports stadia.

My experience includes international advice on projects in Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.

I am regularly retained by clients to deliver bespoke training to their teams on project specific and wider industry updates.

On this occasion, the TCC deciding that an adjudicator had breached the rules of natural justice, by reason of apparent bias, for having been presented with without prejudice material by one of the parties to the dispute.
