Before joining Fieldfisher I spent 14 years as an intellectual property lawyer in the in-house legal team at Sky UK Ltd, having previously worked at Bird & Bird, Britvic Soft Drinks and Simmons & Simmons.  I have experience across the range of IP matters:  trade marks, designs, copyright, patents, database rights, domain names and confidential information, whether contentious, non-contentious or transactional.  I have particular expertise in trade marks.

I have been involved with IP litigation at all levels from the Supreme Court to the IPEC, as well as trade mark registry disputes in the UK and EU.
