Professional background
Since joining Fieldfisher in 2021, I have dedicated my professional career to providing comprehensive legal advice to companies in pre-insolvency situations, and since 2023 I have specialised in the drafting and defence of Restructuring Plans. My experience also includes acting as Insolvency Administrator for legal entities, successfully managing the sale of business units. In addition, I have represented individuals seeking full debt relief, achieving positive outcomes and effective solutions.
I graduated in Business Administration and Law from IE University in 2018 and built a solid academic foundation with a Master’s in Legal Practice from the University of Alcalá de Henares and a Master’s in Insolvency Administration from UNED. I have published several legal articles in leading newspapers such as Expansión and El Economista. My training is further strengthened by numerous specialised courses delivered at bar associations and national restructuring and insolvency conferences.
As a member of CEDI, I combine my professional experience with ongoing training to provide high-quality legal services.
