I am a Senior Associate in our corporate department, specialising in M&A, private equity and venture capital, with a particular focus on the life sciences, technology and financial sectors.
Working alongside our other specialist departments including tax, funds, employment and banking, my focus is on advising our clients on a wide range of cross-border, multinational and domestic transactions, including equity funding, strategic acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, management buy-ins/buy-outs and exits.
Having acted as counsel for both investor and company from early stage investment right the way through to exit (and at every other stage of equity funding in between), I use my experience to offer insights on prevailing market trends and provide thoughtful advice, tailored to help each client plan ahead for the next step in their journey.
