My main areas of practice
I provide ongoing legal advice to managers and (supervisory) board members, in particular on identifying, preventing and defending against potential liability risks as well as on general corporate law matters, especially on stock corporation, limited liability company and company group law as well as compliance.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I successfully completed my law studies with a focus on Corporate Law at the University of Bielefeld. During my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, I spent time in the Corporate practice of Fieldfisher and at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Dusseldorf.

In addition, I gained experience in the areas of Restructuring & Insolvency and Corporate/M&A through internships and my long-term work as a Research Assistant in leading international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Dusseldorf.
