Professional background

My main areas of practice
My clients include national and international companies. Furthermore, I advise pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of medical devices in regulatory matters and negotiate and draft various types of contracts in the field of life sciences.

My background
I was admitted to the bar in Munich in 2018. I graduated from the University of Passau and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Afterwards I went back to Munich for my legal clerkship. I completed my elective traineeship in an American Commercial Law firm in New York. I advise my clients in German and English.

I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends. Sport, especially tennis and skiing, keeps me fit and jogging provides me with the necessary balance to my daily work.

The German Federal Court of Justice (BGH) issued a key ruling on 17 July 2025 (Case I ZR 43/24), confirming that promotional gifts in product-related advertising for medical devices must not exceed a value of 1 Euro. This decision overturns a previous assumption by the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, which had accepted a 5 Euro limit.
