I act for institutional investors, corporate occupiers, property companies and developers in connection with a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, lettings and general estate management matters.
I offer legal and strategic advice to investment clients in relation to all aspects of their property portfolios and across the whole spectrum of sectors from retail to office, industrial to student accommodation. I have also recently advised a number of major corporations taking office space in central London and have been involved in a variety of financing transactions, including the forward funding of several hotel developments.

Fieldfisher advises City of London Corporation on historic move of Smithfield Market to a new home in Dagenham

Leading European law firm, Fieldfisher, has advised the City of London Corporation on relocating the centuries-old meat and poultry market from the central London Smithfield Market in Farringdon to a new venue in Barking & Dagenham, Essex. The move will see all meat and poultry trading moved to the 42-acre, £100 million Dagenham Dock site, as the new market comes online over the coming years.
