Professional background
I assist clients with both bringing and defending challenging judicial review claims, responding to subject access and freedom of information requests and with reformulating policy.
I have a wide range of experience in advising clients who become core participants to public inquiries or interested persons to inquests. Through this, I have often been seconded in-house to assist clients with meeting disclosure obligations, advising on the risk of legal challenge, ensuring compliance with data protection obligations and responding to warning letters or requests for witness statements.
I am a member of the Young Public Law Lawyers Group and make regular contributions to the Public and Regulatory Group blog, 'The Public Eye'.

Restoration to the medical register – a balancing act
08.01.2018
