Louis Muncey

I have a broad range of experience in high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including shareholder disputes, contractual claims and professional negligence and I have a particular interest in disputes in the sports sector.

I enjoy developing relationships with clients and finding solutions to complex problems. My recent work highlights include:

• working with a well-known sports club in defence of disciplinary proceedings brought against it by the sport's regulator;
• securing injunctive relief against persons unknown in respect of the unlawful use of confidential information; and
• working with various family offices to represent the interests of high-net worth individuals in contractual disputes and claims in professional negligence.

I also lead Fieldfisher's pro-bono project with the International Paralympic Committee and assist with athlete classification disputes as an ad-hoc clerk to the Board of Appeal of Classification.
 
In my spare time, I enjoy running, travelling and watching any form of sport.
