I provide advice to a diverse range of clients including those in the construction, media, financial services, retail and consumer sectors. I regularly advise clients on navigating issues arising on TUPE transfers, engagement of contractors and their relationships with unions.
I also advise on employment law issues arising on corporate and commercial transactions, including share sales, business reorganisations, transfers and outsourcing. This includes negotiating terms in respect of directors and senior management, whether they are continuing with the business or leaving as a result of the transaction.
I work with clients in a broad range of sectors, including technology, retail, media, manufacturing, construction and financial services.
