I joined Fieldfisher as a Partner in 2023 after having worked in several firms, in particular spending 10 years at Alain Bensoussan Lexing firm, as the Head of Digital Health practice.
My main practice areas consist of strategic data and digital advice, IT contracting and digital health.
I work with clients across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
With more than 15 years' experience in digital health, I am one of France's most highly experienced lawyers in this area.
As an expert in digital health, I advise clients from SaaS medical service providers (medtechs), medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers to groups of clinics, insurance companies and start-ups.
I provide strategic and actionable advice on data protection, cybersecurity and digital regulation compliance, with expertise in digital and emerging tech, such as AI, data re-use and online platforms. I also regularly assist clients during data protection inspections, and I have assisted many clients with the implications of significant data breaches.
Acting for both providers and buyers of IT services, I have extensive experience with IT contracting, having drafted and negotiated dozens of complex system integration, application maintenance, SaaS, outsourcing and other IT agreements.
In addition, I also support clients on contentious matters. For example, if a commercial IT transaction does not go as planned, I help clients find a win-win solution to the dispute. If no acceptable amicable agreement can be found, I defend the interests of my clients in court.
I have been recognised for years as one of the French best lawyers in digital health, IT, data protection and regulatory law by Leaders League and was recently named as “Best Lawyer” in biotechnologies and life sciences.
I am involved in several professional organisations across cybersecurity, telemedicine, AI, and digital health. I also teach at Paris 8 University and at the Institute for Smart Health (INeS) as a digital health specialist.
In addition to my native French, I am fluent in English.
