- Acting for lenders on real estate finance transactions including funding acquisitions and refinancing of student accommodation, build to rent schemes, shopping centres, offices, serviced offices, mixed use buildings and portfolios of commercial/retail properties.
- Development financing.
- Significant asset management experience (including sales, purchases and letting of commercial and residential property).
- Acting for sellers, buyers and occupiers of high value residential property.
