Professional background
I have been involved in the legal advisory to public entities, including, local authorities, intermunicipal communities, state-owned companies and private entities.
I completed my degree in law at the University of Lisbon School of Law, a master's degree in Forensic Law, and a postgraduate degree in legal sciences in the Católica Lisbon School of Law.
