I advise a range of clients on M&A transactions, investment/venture capital deals as well as general corporate matters. 

I speak fluent German and French. I frequently advise clients from Germany and France in particular on M&A deals and UK matters, but in the last few years have also advised Companies based in Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium as well as many US companies on M&A transactions in the UK.  Recent transactions include the acquisition of the Fox's biscuits business for a company associated with the Ferrero Group, the acquisition of a UK software logistics company for a German listed company, the acquisition of  industrial UCP Limited for a Luxembourg listed Company as well as a number of acquisitions in the technology, financial and Fintech and life sciences space.

I also advise venture capital companies and corporate venturers on investments, as well as investee companies and management on funding rounds and capital raises.

Having spent 7 years in the Frankfurt office of another international law firm, I have also advised on M&A and venture capital investments in Germany. With my experience with Europe I advise and coordinate advice for several US companies on a variety of legal matters relating to their UK and European subsidiaries.
