My practice focusses on corporate restructurings and reorganisations with national and international implications. Furthermore, I have experience in complex commercial disputes, in particular in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher I spent six years as an in-house counsel in a multinational corporation in the automotive industry.
I hold a master's degree in law from the University of Zurich and a bachelor's degree in business law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. I also have a background in mechanical engineering.
I advise clients in German and English.
