My area of practice includes corporate tax matters and international tax issues. I advise our national and international clients in particular on tax issues related to tax-optimised restructurings, the reorganisation of corporate groups and real estate transactions.

In addition, I advise on the taxation of cryptocurrencies, investment tax law and represent our clients in tax audits and tax disputes.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and subsequently completed my legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. During my legal clerkship, I worked for the Finance Committee of the German Bundestag and the Federal Ministry of Finance, among others. I was awarded the title of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Tax Law by the University of Potsdam. I was admitted to the bar in 2018.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I was a lawyer with a large accounting firm and international commercial law firms.
