Professional background
Throughout my career, I have advised companies both nationally and internationally, providing support on the legal matters that may arise, with an approach focused on understanding each client’s needs, the particularities of their sector, and maintaining a close working relationship in order to offer the most appropriate solutions at all times. My advice has primarily focused on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and on all types of corporate and investment transactions. The sectors in which I have provided legal support include the pharmaceutical industry, retail, real estate, construction, architecture and engineering services, technology and the internet, among others.
I have also developed extensive experience in real estate and construction law, resolving queries and providing legal solutions, as well as participating in a wide range of projects in this field.
My training has been highly specialised in procedural law, and I have also developed significant professional experience in this area. I have taken part in all types of legal proceedings, assuming the legal representation of clients before the civil and commercial courts at all levels. I also have training and experience in the international and EU instruments applicable in this field, having participated in cross-border proceedings and becoming familiar with their procedural specificities.
My cross-disciplinary knowledge and ability to intervene both in advisory phases — negotiation, contracting and corporate work — and in any subsequent litigation provide significant added value to my services. I strive to adopt a comprehensive approach, always starting from the client’s specific context (sectoral, cultural and organisational) and taking into account commercial, contractual, European and international law considerations, as well as procedural issues and the interconnections between them and their legal implications.
