I work for domestic as well as international clients. I am specifically interested in legal challenges at the intersection of law and emerging technologies.
I studied at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto, Portugal, and at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, where I graduated. During my Master's in private law, I followed courses on intellectual property law, IT contracts, innovation law, autonomous intelligent systems, competition law and (European) communication and media law.

New rules for Telemarketing in the Netherlands

New rules on telemarketing came into force on 1 July in the Netherlands that determine the conditions under which companies may call consumers with a commercial offer. This amendment to the Telecommunications Act is necessary after issues with certain telemarketing methods undertaken by various quarters.
