My main areas of practice
I advise our clients on all aspects of Real Estate Law throughout the entire property cycle.

A particular focus is on advising on all aspects of ongoing asset management, in particular the drafting, review, negotiation and enforcement of commercial leases. This also includes advising on the sustainability and ESG compliance of properties, in particular the installation of e-charging stations and photovoltaic systems.

Furthermore, I regularly advise on international property transactions, from due diligence to the negotiation of property purchase agreements, as well as on issues of Public Building Law, in particular the creation of building rights and the conclusion of urban development contracts.

I focus on providing our clients with solution-orientated advice in line with their individual requirements and needs.

I advise our clients in German and English.

Personal engagement
I am an ambassador for the International Justice Mission, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the fight against human trafficking.

My background
I studied in Leipzig.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for a well-known project developer with an associated fund business. Furthermore, I have already gained experience in Real Estate Law and Real Estate financing at international law firms.
