I work with a diverse portfolio of clients including: luxury fashion brands, trade associations, manufacturers of consumer electronics, sports equipment, apparel, toys, car parts, energy companies, commodities and metals & mining. My expertise spans: designing and implementing international distribution strategies; defending and representing clients in antitrust investigations, litigation and arbitration procedures; assisting in securing merger control approvals for M&A transactions; designing and implementing antitrust compliance programs and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

I have successfully represented clients before the European Commission, UK Competition and Markets Authority, national competition authorities, the UK Court of Appeal and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.

In addition to being admitted to practice in England & Wales, I am also on the EU list of the Brussels Bar. I hold degrees from the University of Aberdeen (LLB) and the University of Utrecht (LLM). I speak Polish and English, and have some knowledge of German.
