I have experience acting for institutional investors, developers, corporate occupiers and high net worth individuals in connection with a wide range of commercial and residential property transactions, including sales and purchases, refinancing, lettings and general estate management.
I am a native Mandarin speaker and is well placed to assist Chinese clients to overcome any cultural or language challenges they may encounter when investing in the UK property market for the first time. I am particularly experienced in acting for high net worth individuals from China investing in new build properties in London. I provide a bespoke service to each client to ensure his or her experience of the conveyancing process is as efficient and smooth as possible.
I am also a member of the UK Society of Chinese Lawyers (UKSCL) and British Property Federation (BPF) Futures.
