I am an employment lawyer with experience in the energy, retail and professional services sectors in both the UK and Australia.
My experience in the UK has involved working with start-ups, large multinationals and quasi-government organisations across Europe and the US in various employment matters ranging from discrimination claims and collective redundancies to senior executive departures and disciplinary investigations.
I have particular expertise in business protection issues, including the effective drafting and enforcement of post-termination restraints of trade.
My unique experience working across two jurisdictions allows me to assess the risks faced by clients with more of a global lens and with a deeper understanding of cross-jurisdictional issues.
