Professional background
I am a labour lawyer. I hold a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the University of Barcelona. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in providing ongoing employment advice to both national and international companies, including senior management contracts, disciplinary procedures, substantial modifications of working conditions, drafting of internal policies and protocols, occupational risk prevention, international assignments, work–life balance measures, working time reduction and adaptation, and Social Security matters, among others.
I advise clients on both day-to-day employment queries and legal representation before labour and Social Security courts. I have also frequently advised senior executives.
My practice focuses mainly on labour litigation, and I have broad experience assisting companies in collective bargaining processes.
