Professional background
I am an Intellectual Property lawyer with over six years of experience in leading international law firms. I specialise in IP litigation, enforcement, and contract negotiation, with a focus on copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and unfair competition.
My practice spans a wide range of sectors, including automotive, cosmetics, food, and retail. I have extensive experience handling contentious matters before the EUIPO and the SPTO, as well as managing pre-trial and non-contentious IP matters, including risk assessments, cease-and-desist letters, and the negotiation and drafting of out-of-court settlements and IP agreements.
Before joining Fieldfisher Spain, I worked as a Senior Associate at Arochi & Lindner. I hold a double degree in Law and Business Administration from ESADE University, where I also completed an LL.M., and a Master’s in International Business Law from Maastricht University.
