I am a Senior Associate in the derivatives and financial regulatory team in London with approaching 10 years' experience in advising clients in the financial services sector.
I have experience advising clients including global investment banks, emerging markets banks and hedge funds on all product types, including structured equity, credit and funding transactions, prime brokerage arrangements, deal contingent derivatives transactions and finance-linked hedging arrangements.
I also have a particular interest in the regulation of the financial markets, market infrastructure and trading. My financial regulation experience includes advising on: conduct of business requirements; trade transparency and transaction reporting; regulatory margin arrangements and the securities and derivatives trading and financial markets infrastructure.
Before joining the derivatives and financial regulatory team in 2020, I had five years experience in Fieldfisher's banking and asset finance team where I primarily worked on financing energy projects in emerging markets.
