I have a particular interest in the use trusts and companies for wealth planning purposes, and in the remittance basis of taxation for resident non-domiciled individuals. Having previously worked at a leading private bank I also have an interest in the taxation of investment products.
Recent highlights include advising an ultra-high net worth family with UK connections on the efficacy of offshore holding structures, and the establishment of a Family Investment Company.
