Tech-savvy lawyer navigating the intersection of law, data, and innovation. I advise clients on GDPR, ePrivacy, and emerging EU digital regulations, with a strong focus on AI, digital health, and cross-border data transfers. My work includes strategic compliance, breach response, and regulatory engagement, especially with the Belgian and French Data Protection Authorities.

As a digital health specialist, I support clients on legal challenges in health tech, from AI-driven diagnostics to telemedicine and health data governance.

I also help multinational organisations build privacy programmes and act as external DPO.

I am a regular speaker at data protection events and conferences.

I earned a Master in Laws from the UCLouvain in 1998. In 2021, I obtained a Certificate in European Data Protection from Solvay Brussels School in Economics and Management (ULB).
