I manage the company secretarial requirements of a large number of UK companies, including public companies, private companies limited by shares, groups of various sizes, not for profit organisations, limited liability partnerships and UK establishments of overseas companies. I have gained extensive experience in company secretarial practice over a number of years in professional services.
