I am a qualified Company Secretary and I head up Fieldfisher's company secretarial unit. I manage the company secretarial requirements of a large number of UK companies, including public companies, private companies limited by shares, groups of various sizes, not for profit organisations, limited liability partnerships and UK establishments of overseas companies. I have gained extensive experience in company secretarial practice over a number of years in professional services. I have particular expertise in Companies Act compliance, maintaining statutory records and company incorporations.
