I have been a senior associate in the Corporate M&A area for more than two decades, developing a strong career in providing legal advice to companies.
I specialise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. In the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Department, I advise foreign investors on company incorporations, foreign investment matters, joint ventures, articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. I also advise on matters relating to directors, the granting of powers of attorney, the maintenance of corporate books, mergers and demergers, dissolutions, and all ancillary corporate resolutions connected to incorporation, acquisition and ongoing corporate governance.
