Professional background
My current work is focused on high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional arbitration and litigation matters. I have advised in investment and commercial arbitration proceedings under the ICSID Convention, SCC and LCIA Arbitration Rules. In particular, my recent experience includes acting for foreign investors in claims under BITs and Energy Charter against CIS states. I have also assisted on commercial litigation in the High Court of England & Wales in various contentious matters.
I am fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages.
