Professional background
I am a partner in the Corporate Department at Fieldfisher, having spent almost my entire professional career at Garrigues.
I specialise in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and start-ups. I am also an associate professor at ESADE (Universitat Ramon Llull), where I teach international commercial law, and I serve as an honorary member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
My practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts, particularly in advising international investment companies with interests in Spain, as well as start-ups. I am especially involved in cross-border transactions — including share and asset deals, joint ventures, financing rounds, investment agreements, collaboration and specialisation agreements, and corporate restructurings — with a particular emphasis on Anglo-Saxon jurisdictions, China and Latin America. Having trained in Mexico, I maintain strong ties with Latin American clients. My international network is further strengthened by my work as an honorary member of AIJA.
I also regularly advise on corporate matters in major M&A and internal restructuring operations carried out by international investors, private equity firms and companies in various industrial sectors.
I am a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), as well as a member of Legalmondo.
