Paddy Smyth

I am skilled at implementing strategies for complex projects and have acted for banks, investors and developers on projects ranging from small residential developments to large scale mixed use developments. I have also advised on a series of loans to the Irish technology sector. 

Prior to joining the firm in April 2016, I was a member of the legal department of the National Asset Management Agency where I was successful in managing the remediation of a number of complex titles for NAMA and delivering a number of significant multi-unit sales to local authorities and housing associations.

I use my experience in contentious property litigation along with my expertise in commercial property to provide lenders with clear guidance and advice when putting in place loan and security packages in new secured lending transactions.

I am well regarded by my clients for my commercial and proactive approach to transactions and my ability to find solutions that ensures transactions are completed as quickly as possible.
