Paula Martín Bueno

I am a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A Department at Fieldfisher Spain, based in the Madrid office. My practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in private equity transactions. I regularly advise investment funds as well as clients across a wide range of industries.

I also provide ongoing corporate and commercial advice to Spanish companies and international groups with a presence in Spain.

I hold a degree in European Legal Studies from Universidad San Pablo CEU, having completed my final year at Fordham Law School in New York. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), with a specialization in corporate law.

I am a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
