Professional background

Over my extensive career, I have built a reputation as a trusted M&A counsel to corporates, family offices and private equity investors both in the UK and internationally, across a wide range of industries. My expertise spans the media and telecommunications, retail, hospitality and leisure, education, luxury brands and fashion, technology and financial services sectors.  My long-term clients include family office Heritage Advisors, leading private equity house Inflexion, the Middle East's largest integrated media group Rotana, hotel sector disrupter Oyo Rooms, luxury hotel brand Vous Hotels & Retreats, global shoemaker Clarks, and the international higher education provider Galileo Global Education.

For close to 25 years I have developed an active pro-bono and charity practice and have considerable experience advising high-profile UK charities and not-for-profit organisations including The Roundhouse Trust, the Design Museum, The Saturday Club Trust, the Creative Industries Federation, Blood Cancer UK and Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. I sit on the boards of The Roundhouse Trust, the Design Museum, The Saturday Club Trust, Woolwich Creative District Trust and Ministry of Stories.
