Professional background
Since qualifying in 2016, I have gained a range of experience in litigation proceedings in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
I have also acquired extensive experience in an advisory capacity, providing detailed and commercial advice to clients and have advised clients in: contractual disputes; breach of warranty claims; professional negligence claims; and shareholder disputes (in particular, unfair prejudice claims).
I have been involved in and assisted clients with various alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and without prejudice negotiations.
