Professional background
I am a Portuguese-qualified lawyer with over 18 years of experience, primarily focused on corporate and real estate law in Portugal. Currently I am an Associate Lawyer in the Corporate Department.
I advise companies on corporate and real estate law in Portugal, with a focus on corporate restructuring and medium to large-scale investment transactions, particularly in the real estate sector.
My clients range from individual companies to corporate groups, and I assist in both domestic and cross-border deals.
I hold two postgraduate degrees in Real Estate Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon.
I was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2007 as a trainee lawyer and qualified as a full lawyer in 2010.
My native language is Portuguese, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
