Professional background

I am a senior associate lawyer in the Tech & Data team, specialising in personal data protection, digital law and intellectual and industrial property. For more than eight years, I have advised public and private organisations — both national and international — on personal data protection, digital law and new technologies. My work includes regulatory compliance, acting as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO), technology contracting, advising on e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and applications, domain name disputes and M&A transactions.

I have experience across various sectors, including life sciences, education, public administration, retail, marketing, healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications.

As a lawyer, I always strive to understand the client’s perspective in order to provide advice tailored to their operational reality, with the goal of ensuring effective and successful regulatory compliance.

I hold a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and the Information Society from ESADE. I am a practising lawyer at the Barcelona Bar Association and actively participate in the training and sessions it organises.
